Terms of stay
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, management requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and LaVie Hotel.
Check-in – Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM. Earlier or later check-ins have to be arranged with the front desk in advance. You may drop off luggage prior to check-in. We will safekeep it in our luggage area.
Check-out – Check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you require a later check-out, please inquire from the Front Desk.
Room keys – Room key should be turned over to the front desk, prior to departure.
Lost key or damage to locks – The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks will be charged to the guest.
Smoking – Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the hotel premises, including the parking area.
Furniture, fixtures, linens – Guests will be held liable for any damage or loss to linen, fixtures, furniture and amenities. Please be reminded not to flush any items down the toilet.
Parking Lot – Parking is available free of charge for all house guests. Do not leave any valuables inside your car while it is parked. LaVie Hotel will not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any such articles while your car is parked.
Respect – Refrain from excessive and/or unnecessary noise so as not to bother other guests.
LaVie Hotel strictly observes a "No Pets" policy.

LaVie Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Once bookings are made and/or guest(s) are checked-in, bookings are non-refundable. Any changes regarding the date, room category, duration of stay of your booking will require you to cancel your initial booking and re-book your stay with the hotel. |

Early check-in and Check-out is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 2:00PM and Check-out later than 12noon, then pre-registration and payment may be required. 15-29 Days prior to Check-in -30% of the cash deposit
4-14 Days prior to Check-in -50% of the cash deposit
1-3 Days prior to Check-in -100% of the cash deposit
o If you need to rebook your reservation, a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) notice before 2 pm of your check-in date is required and subject to room availability.
o Bookings are transferrable provided that the person who originally made the booking send LaVie Hotel a written request (via email or sms).
The name/s of the new guest/s must also be provided for security purposes.
o Downpayment must be used within 3 months of the date of the original booking.
o There are NO REFUNDS for late arrivals, early departures, shortening of stays or no shows.
